Meet Jesse Moquin
My career has been built around solving complex and often ambiguous business and workforce problems. At Allstate, I began as an internal management consultant and went on to lead work across strategy and innovation, data science, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics before leading global People Analytics & Insights for Mars Veterinary Health, a 70,000-employee segment within the 150,000+ employee Mars enterprise.
Across those roles, the common thread has been helping executives understand difficult problems, identify better paths forward, and build the capabilities needed to turn strategy into action.
